How much does a mobile notary appointment cost?
The notarial fee is $10 per notarial act. Add the published mobile service fee for your zone and timing: east of Florida’s Turnpike is $15 scheduled, $20 same-day, or $30 after-hours/weekend/observed federal holiday; west of the Turnpike is $20, $25, or $35.
What counts as after hours?
Appointments between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM use the after-hours mobile service rate.
Can I schedule by text?
Yes. Text or call 561-566-3294. Texting is often the fastest way to send your location and preferred appointment time.
What should I have ready?
Have the document, all required signers and acceptable identification ready. Do not sign in advance if the notarial act requires the notary to witness the signature or administer an oath. We cannot choose a legal form or give legal advice.
